By using the Tuttle & Mousies online shop you are accepting the practices described in this policy. If we should make any changes in our Privacy policy, we will make sure to notify you.

When you purchase our products
When you purchase an item in our online shop we need to know the following information about you:

- shipping adress
- phone number

We only collect this information to be able to process and ship your order.

When you purchase a product which is only produced upon your order, we will give the personal information we have listed above to the designer in question. All our designers have signed an agreement to keep your personal information strictly confidential. A breach of this agreement, will result in legal actions taken by us against the designer and the exclusion of marketing his/her products in our shop indefinitely.

Be assured that Tuttle & Mousie does not sell or rent your contact information to other marketers.

Credit card information & security
We have no access to the credit card information you submit when you make a purchase from our site. This information is protected by the use of Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) technology and any page protected by this technology is called a secure page.

If you chose to become a member of Tuttle & Mousies costumer club, we ask you to provide us with the same information as when you purchase our products.

Being a member has certain advantages:

- You do not have to write name, shipping adress etc. on purchase - we already have the information. Quick and easy!
- You can recieve our newsletter with information about sales, new products and other events in our shop.

You will automatically be offered membership when you proceed to check out after having put item(s) in your shopping basket.
